Account data: name, email, phone and role in the organization.

Operational data: actions in the system, tasks, comments, attachments, photos and information related to the workflow.

Session and security data: access logs, device, technical data for security and access protection.

Location data: only when needed for field work, navigation and proof of visit through the mobile app.

To provide the service and manage user access.

To run the workflows in the platform: tasks, visits, documents, invoicing and reporting.

Access is restricted according to roles in LiftexPro. Each user sees only the data needed for their work.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure and technology providers only as far as needed for the service to function and under applicable contractual safeguards.

LiftexPro uses technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access control, encryption in transit, backups and logic for the traceability of actions.

You have the right to access, rectification, restriction, objection, portability and erasure of personal data, to the extent applicable under the GDPR and national legislation.

Strictly necessary cookies (language, theme, session security) are required for the site to function and are used without consent. Everything else loads only after your explicit consent through the cookie banner.

With analytics consent we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages get read and where visitors get stuck. With marketing consent we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure which ad led to an enquiry; this processes the _fbp and _fbc identifiers, and email and phone are irreversibly hashed before they leave our server.

Your choice is stored in a liftex_consent cookie for 6 months and can be changed or withdrawn at any time via the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawal takes effect going forward and stops both the browser cookies and the server-side delivery to the ad platforms.
